VIDENEST - Carboard divisions partitions

The name VIDENEST is used to designated the different dividing PARTITIONS manufactured by VIDECART, S.A. that are put into corrugated cardboard boxes and act as dividers for the products contained therein, such as bottles of wine or liquor, glasses, etc.

These grids are made from 100% recycled COMPACT CARDBOARD, whose special characteristics (insofar as smoothness and resiliency are concerned) make them well-suited to perform their function, and prevent damage from being done to the label.  It is FORMED by several cardboard sheets that are held together with flaps, thereby preventing the grid from coming apart.  The DESIGN OF THE EDGE of the grid, on its upper and lower part, can either be straight or rippled.  The latter offers advantages for bottle packaging since it facilitates bottle entry in manual packaging and automatic packaging lines.

CUTTING OF THE EDGES is accomplished using a micro-serrated blade in order to make the cut edge smoother, thereby avoiding hand injury and label damage during packaging.  Due to the fact that the cardboard of the grid is compact, FINAL BOX VOLUME is reduced, which leads to savings in both raw materials and storage space.  Moreover, folded grids, before being set up, are much less thick than traditional grids made of corrugated cardboard, which reduces the volume taken up by these packages and saves on freight, storage, etc., whether for boxes with inserted grids or loose grids.
There are THREE TYPES of grids, classified according to HOW THEY ARE INSERTED into boxes:

• MANUAL:  Placed manually into the box after it has been set up.
• INSERTED: The user receives it glued inside the box.  When the box is set up, the grid unfolds inside it.
• REDUCED:  It is fitted over a group of bottles or containers before or after bottling.

VIDENEST is a completely environmentally friendly product since it is made from 100% recycled materials and it is 100% RECYCLABLE.
